We aren't moving anywhere yet; there is still a lot of resistance to .03, and that resistance will be sustained until there is a PR reason to move beyond it, or until the technical chart tightens quite a bit. On a technical level, I would prefer to see the move occur gradually. Right now, the bolly bands are extremely divergent, and need to be tightened to justify a technical reversal, and the MACD just turned to the upside yesterday. Quick rises in the MACD almost never are sustained. So, I would prefer two more days of consolidation on the technical side here before even any PR; that way the PR can cause a breakout rather than just a spike. Obviously, though, I'll be happy to see a spike before the PR, but then that means watching the action closely after that for the inevitable readjustment downward. In that case, we would need more PR events to counter the toxic sellers.
