Israel can only destroy Tehran and most of the threatening infrastructure. They don't have the boots on the ground to occupy territory and go door to door searching out the bad guys. Actually. we don't either for that matter. Our interests, and the interests of the West are that energy supplies are not contaminated with radiation and otherwise cut off from our markets as they most certainly would be in a nuclear strike.
