sexysue, IMO, what they did was take stock off the market for what will eventually turn out to be toilet paper. Then they turned around and sold the shares they took in back into the market and pocketed the cash. If this is the case I think it'll be crossbar hotel time. Making Enron look like kindergarden. IMO.

Don't know anything about a company shark. But in this day and age anybody can try to suit anybody for just about anything, especially in regards to personal loss of money. Doesn't mean they will win however.

IMO
