CTB, Blame Charles Bitters, he has done nothing to improve anything for long-term shareholders, I know this hurts to hear for some, but it is the damn truth. NOT 1 PR since split.

"the sp drop was due to weeks of non-stop and concerted pre-RS doom-hyping and hysteria-generating - let's not forget that or minimize that..."

the share price drop was SOLEY due to the RS announcement and the gross increase in AS. PERIOD. the market has now factored that "potential" and inevitable dilution into the stock. That is why the SP plummeted..

why no PR's? Because their is NOThING to PR.. Period..

they say don't fall in love with a stock, but you and AENP should get a room!! LOL

ctb, good points -- I agree with your thinking.

The delays have been difficult for everyone, but I am with you waiting for the news on the new wells. CB told me that he "had the goods to make this work out for patient shareholders" before the RS and I am giving him a chance to prove it.

The delays are just par for the course due to our situation of not much cash flow. The plan is still to get these new wells coming on line with good production numbers and then do the private placement. For as long as I've been in this, now is not a time I would be getting out; I will give CB a chance to get these wells on line.

As always, I appreciate your comments and perspective.

pre-RS doom-hyping and hysteria-generating

you cannot possibly still believe that. no one in their right mind thinks that a handfull of frustrated INVESTORS doomed this stock. CTB your dreaming. this stock tanked because of
no pr's
no well updates
no webpage improvements/updates
SEC disaster
no communication
it rained
fracs that seem to not generate any news
rumors of well-heads blowing (and still no news)
and on and on

or it was me getting angry at the direction of the company.

the weight is soooo against CB and JC that your statement that it was the "bashers" (shareholders) that tanked this baby shows that you are in a daydream. the only reason that it "stabilized" is because most have moved on and what is left is SUPER longs, bag holders and people that are still seeing the green of early investments into amep (like me).
i understand that you want to blame us but that is just rediculous at this point. and by the way CTB Thanksgiving is comin up and like i said NO PR yet. if we hit thanksgiving and still no news what will you say then, maybe sorry to us? heck what about Halloween? oil $80 a barrel this week and were at .015 pre split, that sucks!

Thank you for your reply. At this point I tend to agree with your assessment and will continue to give it a chance, albeit 2+ years now.

CTB, the following is not directed at you, I'm just venting with my one post. So, I don't expect an answer to this. At what point does the management begin to understand that its responsibility is not just to work the field? If CB is too busy to communicate with us because he's handling things at the site that's fine, but what are the rest of the management team and BOD doing? You read posts stating, "give them a call." I don't want to have to call them. First, I like hear from companies in formal written statements; secondly, if it is left up to a single shareholder to ask questions over the phone, not everything gets asked and answered; and thirdly, few phone calls should be necessary if management is doing everything they are suppose to. News whether good or bad is what is not only needed, but required. We are all big boys and girls and understand the risks. Let us hear where we stand today for better or worse. Wow, I just realized with the "for better or worse" statement I married to this thing. Ughh! Starting to feel like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football that Lucy is sure to pull away.

Best of luck to all!
