I applaud you for trying to prove MM was blatently manipulating this board by offering proof via original emails. You really stirred up the hive for a minute. Unfortunately, the emails you provided didn't come close to backing up your insinuation. If that's all you got, I wouldn't try taking him to court, because he'll eat your lunch.
I honestly used to believe Mulshine, but as I've eventually untangled the web I've discovered that his involvement is at least as sinister as Paul and Ron's...if not more sinister. He actually had the gall to email me and tell me that I should sell my shares...while during the same day he told another shareholder PBLS would likely go to 5-10 dollars. Of course I've saved every email dialog with this company...it's a shame I couldn't record the phone conversations I've had.
