WGAT Here is the chart Level two will not be accurate do too most of the MM's being closed.

It looks like it may be coming off that bottom, it is sitting right on support. Daily Resistance at .30 and .35

Hourly:

The hourly chart is sitting on support also and .24-.25 resistance with top Bollinger band at .28

MACD Stochastics, positive divergance, and the RSI is climbing
