In the past couple years PBLS management has been quick to set the record straight if they had information that was favorable to them.
It is looking like the dam is progressively springing more leaks and it is going to take a major fix to hold this together.
It is too bad....... PBLS had the opportunity to build something substantial but it appears that greed along with poor management is winning the war.
