No, GMFX couldn't reduce the AS to 100 Million, because they owe GGI far more shares than that! If the AS was being reduced, it would have been splashed all over the press and on every board!

The PRE-14A was to register 100 Million shares of Series B preferred shares...it stated nothing about what these shares were to be used for! At least that was my read anywho!
