I think he's made it pretty clear and has been saying the same thing since the beginning of this mess. If you are waiting for a pr to tell you to go after your broker I'm pretty sure that will never happen, and even if he did, most would still be waiting for something else "more official" as a pr is not official. To expect Megas to come out with an official SEC filing to sue brokers is unrealistic.
All in all, does it really matter? How many here have the resources to pay for arbitration or lawsuit? Some here with considerable holding may come out a little ahead, but I would say for most, they would actually lose money to fight this. If Megas were to "officially" notify you tommorrow (whatever that means) to sue your broker, would you do it? Or would you just continue to lurk as most hoping someone will lead you out of this mess at no or little cost? e,
