$135K for qtr ending 6/30/07. Annualize x 4 (there are 4 quarters in a year)= $540,000. I will use your average of $3,000,000. $540,000/$3,000,000 =18 %. You don't need to be an accountant, you just have to know how to use a calculator.

Right on the Dot thin.

Probably that low because they need to have access to the cash. Therefore, it is put in short term assets.

That private placement for 1,180,537 shares on Sept. 15, 2006, by the way, was reported at $2 a share. The market on the reported day of sale closed at $3.74. Not a bad deal, I`d say.

(If)they were able to sell those shares after 60 days, they could have easily doubled their money anytime between Nov. 29, and Dec. 20, 2006.

A possible $2 Mil payday for nothing more than holding on to the stock for around 90 days. And not a dime`s worth of product sold. Thank you Integral. Thank you Tobin Smith.
