I believe if incorporated in Delaware it is 10 days before the meeting date.

Benz, it was already reported that the proxies have to be sent between 10 and 60 days prior to the meeting, so the proxy can be sent as late as Oct 30th, I know you know this, but you think you are just playing games here with the real investors.

BTW, I know I said I won't correspond to you until you can prove you are a shareholder, so I am finished responding to you until you submit proof of current ownership to me or DOS.
