billiondollarman-- I am somewhat confused on the position you are taking.
I believe there are "bashers" that merely are trying to damage the stock. But having said that, it is easy to sift through the "goofy posts" from the legitimate. The legitimate posts should be appreciated and weighed against all the other data.
The boards are set up, and have developed, into "communities." Pleasantries and well wishing abound. Bonds are formed, trust is established, hope is spread that all be successful. The "natural" board reaction to "negative" information is to "shoot the messenger." Okay, but in the end, if the message is truthful, shooting the messenger won't stop the outcome of the message.
Are there fellow sheep wanting to share with the flock-- yes.
Are there wolves in sheep's clothing wishing to fleece the flock-- yes.
Are the wolves all "bashers" and the sheep all "pumpers"-- no.
What's the solution? Look at the data.
