harbecu...you say,"I think to him we are the problem"...give that statement some more thought, will you. It's the DTC that's the problem for him. If "we" all went away or moved somehow out of the picture (e.g.: surrendered all our shares), he would have nothing. "We" need him and he needs us...a necessary symbiotic relationship. If the DTC obeyed their own rules, "we" and TM would be happy campers.
