Why has'nt the court ruled or disclosed anything, good or bad?!
That info gathered, albeit incomplete perhaps, should still be enough for us mere mortals to use to put some kind of workable plan together. We have to petition the court? get BCIT to sign off? WHAT?????
And btw, the "motion" of the F. Fourteen is of NO issue with what I refer to, we are the ones caught in the middle here we should be able to have access to what the court found out. I mean we already have a REAL good idea but hearing it from the court would carry alot more weight!
