Yep, see the promo's everyday. As I always say, just drop the price and forget all the plama T.V.'s etc. Anyway, the correction will be over in December. Seller's are giving up, inventory is dropping, not because of sales, but with withdrawls and expires. The problem is inventory, the old supply and demand thing. The good thing is that it is driving starter home prices down to a place where you can break even on them again, if you rent them. So the "real investor" will be coming in now. I am just glad it is washing out the unethical realtor and mortgage originators. This is a great time to be buying real estate for the investor. Short sales, foreclosures and builder so call give aways..... Terrible time to sell your home...... Most of those people who don't have to sell a home will take them off the market in the next 3 to 6 months I think and will wait out this market.
