maybe it's a lease then not a buyout?

whatever the case may be, the mtl crew assure me they'll be at some shareholder meeting sometime before the end of 07. I must admit chatting with Parkin is a riot--the man is simply hilarious! However, unlike BMD's probable future buyout, with Aurc I honestly don't care what happens--it's just a little game for me.

I would think that the deposits would only be a portion of what the buyer would want confirmed. Wouldn't you agree?
