Lakedweller, let me ask you this after reading your post.

If someone discovers damaging information and sells,
would that be ok as long as he dosen't pump to help
their sells.

I believe if someone discovers damaging information they have the right to sell, but I don't believe they have the right
to pump or mis-direct investors. I think that's wrong.

If they want to share that information they discovered I would also think it's up to them to do it or simply shut up.

Is that fair and do you agree?
