Chevy, I just got a call from Frank the marketing director at Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc, he thought I was interested in purchasing the Spacapsule from my call yesterday. I told him I was a shareholder of FAVE and he stated great, we are doing a reverse merger with them. I said I know that's why I was calling to find out more about your company and to see what price the Spacapsule sold for. He said the company is PROFITABLE!!!! He also said sales are growing at a 400%-500% every 4 months, sweet! He was extremely excited about the company and sales, he told me that Ella (CEO) and Allen (President) were religous people and have put together a great company!! He's going to have his secretary call me back to let me know if there are any spa's in the area so I can go try one!
He didn't know when the merger would be completed or any other details about it.
