What you wrote was basicaly correct though. They could be found in material breech of the contract and be evicted. Their attornies better be very attentive as to how they write their appeal or the judge might not even hear their appeal. That is that nothing they say could possible change he verdict. In which case the judgement would be "with prejudice" and the verdict is closed.
