Would you say the rumors earlier this wk carried more credence than the rumors back in July.

When the rumor hit the news wire, MRVL trade over 1.7 million shs in a 5 minute period and nearly 5 million total in the last hour.

Lakers, How did you come up with a 30% buy back? That means 50% (70% - 20% Insiders) of the current investors (institutions + individuals), whomever they are, will pay a higher price ($21) to become a private equity holders.

For a purpose of discussion, according to Yahoo, Insiders own 20%; Institution own 70%; Individual investors own 10%
