Exactly. Any college that wants part of the EI College Product Line just needs to square things with CLC. That means no lengthy negotaitions with individual colleges for ETIM.
it IS a licensing agreement....with the firm that represents the colleges.
this is how all licensing agreements work, through firms that represent a brand. all but one of their agreements is structured in this same fashion. rarely do manufacturers have an agreement directly to a Licensor.
(Lets be clear here... This is not a licensing agreement per se. It's an argreement with a company that has licenses with colleges. Clint adds "we are speaking with schools - some of them major universities - that do not currently have representation (with CLC)but are interested in offering similar products to their own alumni." Not complaining, just trying to be clear.)
