I've been looking in my files but have not been able to locate it. It was an interview with a Russian publication, in which the format was questions and responses. At one point Malyshev alluded to making announcements that were designed merely to enhance the company's visibility, or something like that (i.e. - LIES).
Perhaps eik or eudo will remember.
I remember that it struck me as confirming that many PRs were pure inventions. Considering that not one single PR (with the exception of the MOL sale and the falling apart of the MAGMA deal) has actually come to fruition, it puts Malyshev's constant lies, innuendo, bs, lack of an ounce of ethics or honor into clear perspective.
All this discussion about "this time" is pure bs, in my opinion. The recent PRs are designed purely to quiet us down a bit. They are, IMO, as empty of substance as all the rest. So now we're supposed to keep quiet and wait til mid or late 2008, for the next bombshell to drop. This is a sad state of affairs.
I take full responsibility for my foolish investment, believing that the ENRON-style lies were true.
And that includes the (IMO) not-so-venerable Mr. Stratton Stevens, who, I would not be at all surprised at this point, was probably cognizant of this farce, but may in fact have participated in it.
