This is a concept that isn't about to get sorted out anytime soon, imo. Too many special interest groups want to take control, and the whole thing could wind up simply being an expensive boondoggle that fails to help the very people it intended to assist.
RPT I agree with you. If ever one really wants FREE Health care for the young then they should all support a 1% sales tax on food so everyone could help pay for it not just those that choose to smoke !
