Thanks Dew, I took the time and read chapters 22 to 34, it appears that there is a fair compensation package for performance and reaching certain milestones, we can only hope that they hit as many as possible. I trust that there's an audit from time to time to confirm the quality and success of these milestones, it would be nice to actually see some of them but that could be too much public information. It appears that we just have to trust the compensation committee and Dr Cox's recommendations. The accounting appears to be in order but I've always been a little
suspect of give aways within corporations that are not explained outside of the boardroom.
