They all have billions in debt, no ca h, and their only assets -- inventory glut of homes -- that they can sell just to pay their operating expenses are plunging in value. The few buyers of the stocks long term are hopeful clueless dreamers and the rest are just playing the technical bounce for the shirt term before the next leg down. Blizzard of tons ugly HB earnings reports late in the month the worst housing data yet. With funds having until the end of the month to dump, I think this game of musical chairs is about to end. JMO
