I'm also in CBPC, at all kind of prices, 0.03; 0.031; 0.035; 0.041; 0.018; 0.019; 0.020; and 0.022.
The thing is that these CD holders are driving CBPC down, to convert at a lower PPS than previous ~0.015.
Their average was 0.019-0.020 x75% = 0.014-0.015.
I bet they want to take 50 million shares @0.01 conversion price, from 0.0133 average of 6 closing days.
IMHO, these 13 CD holders are driving this down below 0.017, to average at 0.010-0.015 for several trading days, before CBPC runs.
That is a double stake of shares for the same money. I was going to double position, but I think I'll be able to take twice as many shares if I'm pacient.
And, anyway, I'm holding almost a million shares, so I'll wait.
