Funny thing is SPOOKY I did none of those things.....you are the board chairman and deleted my post when I did none of the above. Florida Law states an individual rights cannot be signed away so I don't think Ihub has a leg to stand on. And Investorman......this is my last post of the day.......I don't think anyone has challenged I-hub on this issue of rights. There are always a lot of threats about this issue, They all are dropped after a cooling off period. I have been waiting for this chance to challenge this rule.
