I tend to interpret "all of our partners" as: Bravo, the taxicab companies, and Integ....in other words Bravo (reseller), taxi companies (end users), and then technical partners such as Integ for I/O devices. They are probably having to coordinate a lot of stuff between a minimum of 3 entities right now.
Ultimately, I hope partner(s)....means many end users.
