Honestly, it might not matter... it could be another 'deal' that hasn't been done and won't get done. What legitimate and performing company would want to hook up with PBLS under the current circumstance? It doesn't appear that PBLS has cash for the transaction and would you want to take shares as payment?

FWIW...I am not attempting to provide any false hopes here, and, yes, the situation doesn't look very good as reflected in the PPS, but I want to remind the board of one thing. Without news, and in the face of a declining PPS, IMO we have tended to get very very paranoid here.

I still think we're swimming here with some sharks on this board and we need to be careful. While verified information is hard to come by these days, I still remain hopeful that there is a good reason for the tanking PPS and we will be made aware of it in due time (not using the word "soon").
