I agree with the poster this applies to.
My TOS violations had to do with getting angry at the moderators of the MCCY board deleting my posts within seconds. I try to alert investors of what I believe to be scams when I find them, or just poor investments which will have similar results to scams. Many stocks of developing companies seem to have the goal of raising money from the public, at prices which are entirely unrealistic. Thus, even if they are not outright scams, the effect is similar to the investing public.
Thus, I did get angry when, after an absence, I tried to post on the MCCY board again. Quickly, my posts where deleted quickly. I posted a few insulting posts in bad taste, which was poor judgment on my part.
I have seen my very reasonable posts get deleted within minutes on some of these boards, which appear to be controlled by pumpers, with the mods there have not allowing my fair and reasonable posts to stand, deleting the vast majority of my posts. Thus, this appeared to me to be the pattern on the MCCY bOARD. It had been admitted by numerous posters on the MCCY board that the promotion firm MCCY had hired had been paying people to post on the IHUB board, and they apparently had been in control, or at least had influence on, some of the moderators there, also. I have saved the posts relating to this subject matter.
With all of my posts again being deleted within minutes again, after a long absense of posting on the MCCY BOARD, I became angry, and I tried to alert the MCCY IHUB message board that there was another message board for MCCY at another website. This, of course, could be considered an advertisement of a competing website as an alternative to IHUB, and is a TOS AND NOT ALLOWED. I should not have done this, but simply alerted IHUB that I believed that the mods of the MCCY board were deleting valid messages.
Next, I posted that I had a free report on a stock of a developing company which would be a good example to the MCCY stockholders of what the stock of a developing company should look like. This was also a spam message, though I meant it in good faith, as an example to MCCY investors of how poor an investment MCCY is. This is simply not allowed on IHUB, AND i SHOULD HAVE REFRAINED FORM POSTING SUCH A MESSAGE WHICH IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF ihub RULES.
These are my TOS VIOLATIONS, AND i SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE THESE, even if I was acting from anger at the actions of MCCY mods.
I am a crusader at times, and realize this is not acceptable to do TOS violations, even if you believe you are acting in a good cause. TOS violations are not acceptable in all cases as it is simply to difficult to separate those acting in good faith from those acting in self interest or bad faith. Thus, I understand my TOS violations are not acceptabe, regardless of whether I felt I was acting with good intent.
Bottom line, I will control my behavior at IHUB, and I will not do TOS violations at IHUB again. If the moderators will not allow my critical posts to stand on an IHUB message board, I will simply alert the IHUB moderators if I believe a valid post has been deleted by a moderator. If this does not rectify the situation, I will simply move on and not post on that particular board again.
There are simply too many IHUB boards I would like to participate on to lose the priveledge of posting due to getting mad regarding what I may believe to be unfair deletions on a few IHUB message boards.
This is an honest response, and I would appreciate a reply to this post, regardless of whether it is positive or negative.
