Why then would the company including Malyshev have hired a NY law firm to go after the management from NDOL unless he fealt he was wronged along with the shareholders? Does the release itself not specifically say "misrepresentations"? Didn't these two companies merge at one time. Is is feasible that the other party materially misrepresented what they brought to the table? Could it be them that has maliciously sold the shares down to current prices? How did a proud and respected guy like Malyshev profit or benefit from any of the price errosion? This must be a huge personal issue with him watching his company be sold down to these levels.
Also, why would a company with anything to hide voluntarily hire and open its books to any objective third party accounting firm unless they were seeking to validate something on their own behalf?
Understand why some of you say what you say but the company's own recent actions seem to undermine your commentary imo.
