Is the systems are really selling Kanno could have hung on rather than hanging us out to dry.

So if they're selling he found this sellout to be advantageous to him.

Why share the pie when he can have it all?

If two months ago he was on the verge of a breakthrough and needed a few hundred thousan to carry on he could have gone to his shareholders for funds. He never even tried to do that. That tells you something.

lytnup, you should know better than that.

Kanno sold the assets "iPMine" of IPKL to SubterraCom not the company. He is still the CEO of IPKL and still has the responsibility to inform the shareholders.

I'm sure out of 2.7 million dollars + his profit from his part of the cash dividend from his 57% shares owned of IPKL he can afford a $300.00 PR informing his shareholders what the hell is going on.

Not by relaying company information to shareholders through a message board. Although cyclone has been an asset to this board he is not the IPKL information officer that responsibility belongs to Kanno himself.

As far as IPKL the shell helping make you or any of us any money back don't count on that anytime soon.

Remember Kanno and Company diluted the hell out of the share count this past year with billions of shares. With that kind of share outstanding it's going to take one hell of a reverse split to even get another company interested, if anyone ever will be interested in a grey company.

It was real nice of Kanno to let cyclone know that the IPmine systems are selling and they already have contracts.

I guess Your definitely wrong about one thing lytnup, Kanno did pull it off. He pulled it off with our money.

That's the kind of CEO we all need Right? The kind that robs the shareholders blind and then rubs there nose in it. You know he's laughing all the way to the bank.

He played us all like a fine fiddle.

If this doesn't piss shareholders off. There's something wrong. This is the same as Enron but just on a much smaller scale. But that still doesn't make it right.
