I was about to log and simply type. "I won't be surprised to find out PBLS filed for BR or that we are trading at .001 in a week" and then I read gnulx.
Dude, I doubted you many times. I was all caught up in greed and hope and fantasy. I think finally we may have what many have called and what you finally state today....a scam.
Sad day and even sadder for those who lost more than me.

i appreciate your post and everything you said in it. i definately want to read your post re PBLS that you send to the SEC. i am down 72% but probably no where near what others are down in $ amount.
scam is a great definition of what is happening; i can only hope that justice could prevail. that is just probably wishful thinking.

I was involved in the one of the deepely rooting pinky scams years ago with EPWN (E-Pawn) symbol now is UBYH, what a deep rooted scam that was... Ran from .008 to $10 in 2 months and poof...
Good luck to you man. Like some others, I'm waiting for this dead horse to twitch one last time before pulling the trigger and selling the remainder of my holdings. That may be a bad idea, but I've seen worse stocks do that. It's the hope of the hopeless I guess.
Hey gnulux...I hate thinking it myself but at this point it wouldn't surprise me in the least to find out PBLS was nothing but a big ol' scam. I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I know you've been in PBLS for a while now. Ultimately we have to do what we feel is right for us. The way this stock is going, I wouldn't be surprised to see it at .0001.
Some may argue why didn't you take the .08 cent deal. But the .08 cent preferred deal at this point seems to be a joke considering they can't even get the .06 cent one in order.
The truth will come out one day on this. Hoping for the best but preparing for the worst.
