Wendel, you know the audit will include the first Qtr, 2008,
which ends March 31, coinciding with the end of the fiscal year.

This accounting firm is at the top of its game and they will be thorough, precise and GAAP compliant. Generally, you would give the firm eight to ten weeks from the end of the audited period to release financial statements with explanatory notes,
so we should see the comparative financial statements in the first half of June, 2008.

BTW, the firm mentioned that they do not have an office in Russia, neither would they tell me who they are sending from the States to do the necessary on-site investigative research.
