I expect the merger with SNGF (Saratov region) to be completed by the end of 2007. Together, we will have oil reserves equal to about 10% of Petrokazakhstan. Our market cap should also be about 10% of theirs. I don't have the exact figures in front of me, but with 9 million o/s shares, my estimate of $25/share was conservative.

BTW, I spoke to their accounting firm in Florida, and about the audit they are doing for NWOL. It will take time to get it done, but the audit will bring about the correct valuation of this company's stock.
