Help me understand how this would marginalize old owners? It's been a while since I did higher math, but the proportions of ownership remain unchanged in a reverse split.

Unless, of course, they are planning on diluting the heck out of this security going forward, but I am sure that you will have a positive spin on that, as well...

RISI, think you are wrong. There is no way possible this stock will ever uplist. Sraightening up the paperwork, so it woulld make sense is at least a year, or two away. By that time, the share price will be back in the toilet, worse than ever.

A little food for thought. If I had owned 12,000,000 shares of this stock 2 years ago from today. This morning I would only have 10,000 shares. Sure looks different when you use real numbers folks. Indian
