And now you want to give him complete control of the company.

Just read the proxy for the upcoming meeting closely. Although I am a big fan of the tax reduction from moving the location of the company to OK, but I am not a fan of giving Fox and Oilpods complete control of the company. At least in the old state (colorado?) you needed 66% of the votes to approve matters, but only 50%+1 of the votes will approve voted on matters in OK. And currently, this would give the Fox and BOD COMPLETE control of the company, such as Fox's extremely obscene salary and bonus structure, BOD appointments, sale of the company, etc.

At the moment, I am thinking I will vote NO on this matter.

And like I said earlier, share buybacks for small O & G explorers and producers is a waste of money. Should spend it on finding and producing oil and gas, such as hooking up previously drilled wells.

Oh, and production continues to decline. These numbers are directly from the Texas RR commision site.

They better hurry and finish connecting those wells and start drilling new wells. I wonder what the status of well connections is?

I'm still holding but it is becoming increasingly difficult.

Another day and no PR.

I guess this means there is nothing good to share.

I give up....will evelaute my holdings and begin selling my postion.

It's obvious my money will do better elsewhere.
