I view it as good news coming, whenever that might be. <g>

Fwiw, I think SUR is acting in a very responsible manner to their shareholders by keeping anyone from trading on potentially privileged info while final details of whatever is going on is being consummated. That is is response to oeo's missive that the blackout may be of several day's duration.

The potential three day blackout was originally voiced by Alicia in the SUR office. As far as I'm concerned they can't be too careful with matters that might not be leak proof.

Then again, it may come sooner.
