Ereptor, I believe they are under the jurisdiction of the Nevada Secretary of State using the interstate SCOR program for small business. The following link will provide all the information you need, including a link in the top right corner to file a complaint. If I am correct in this, the company may have exceeded the definition of "small Business", and should be a SEC reporting company instead. I believe this is the 'root cause' of all the problems we are having with this company. As long as they continue to aquire new companies, they can grow while remaining "small". An oxymoron if there ever was one. Cost offsetting profit.
Ereptor, You and several others were not so nice several nights back when I shared what I knew. I am not looking for anything really just wanted to point that out. I was actually iggy'd by some people and I apologize if I said something that offended them. However the truth is now known and I hope all can see that just b/c I couldn't state my source doesn't mean the info was wrong. Heck I and many others believe many of the posters here and still do though they can't always say how they got their info. I always respect my sources and will share whenever I can. Count me in even though our share count is much lower than it had been in the past (edit: and sold at a loss). These people need some light shed on their dark backroom dealings.
