I originally had a long post, but I think it can really be summed up to this: I don't think Paul and Ron have the kind of class it takes to run a public company. I think they have found a good way to make money selling shares while buying companies. That sad part is I honestly feel bad for the employees of the companies they buy. They show up for work everyday hoping for a paycheck to feed their families with. Instead of a paycheck they have a new management that issues ludicrious amounts of pref III shares to themselves and misses not dividend payments to shareholder but pay checks to employees.

Christ looks like a long post is coming back out. LOL

As for pheonix rising? Well instead of answering that question directly I'm going to say that I think shareholders are going to have to make a choice soon enough. They choice will be simple. Band together and try and take control of the company or sell for a huge.perhaps total loss. Needless to say I am not really very bullish on the current state of affairs. We don't have a pit, I'm hearing that we may not even have coal mines. We gave Best Area away...I'm not going in to this again...last time it resulted in Mulshine sending me a nasty email. Turns out I was dead right and he had no clue what he was being told.

In summary I have to agree with mthead from days past. PBLS is a share selling company. However I think they have crossed many legal lines and I think control can not only be taken from them I think they may wind up doing time over it. Forward looking statement only go so far...they are NOT a blank check to create fantasy worlds. I also think that if Mulshine is wise he will give up the 5K a month paycheck and remove himself form this party because he is also very close to crossing legal lines.

I think once an investigation is started that the money trail is going to lead to real estate and offshore bank accounts... I think the web of entaglement is far greater than most believe and I think an SEC investigation is emminent if control isn't take from Paul and Ron.

Well I'm headed into Boston today...gonna take the dog and the guitar and go sit in the park for awhile. The weather is perfect hear today and unlike PBLS I'm not going to squander a an opportunity to enjoy the remaining few days of nice New England weather.
