You state that Kore has 280 million shares. I say .... pffftttt. Kore says it has no business relationship with Sulja. So why would it have 280 million shares?
And if it had that many shares ... hmmm ... they would be considered a controlling interest and special restrictions would be placed on the shares. 280/594 = 47.1% And certain registrations would be required. Funny thing is ... no registrations were done as far as I can tell. Enough for now? Dont you hate when facts mess up your theory?? imo
