Ricardo, I wasn't taking issue with the fact she is dead; here's what I wrote: ". . .I thought she was still alive and working for a law firm." I certainly needn't see and judge an established fact for myself. I accept that Silkwood is dead and in her grave and that the worms by now have accomplished their mission. [And I certainly would not turn my head to see a Jane Fonda movie; she's done her damage.]
I recall Silkwood's death now. The circumstances were covered in another flick. I believe her too-long scarf became entangled with the knock-off hub of a sports car resulting in asphyxiation or a broken neck.
