I would view your term "variable costs" as commissions; I'm trying to get away from the 7% being paid upon net income of the trading entity; and rather place the focus upon the quality of SWARM's performance. I believe this is not only more fair,but would be more beneficial to we SPZI shareholders. I hope you see my drift. profcw
