how can you say that when you don't know how many shares are going to be out there

IMO by far the real gem in this deal is the 120 Million shares. 141 Capital should produce an outstand PPS trend over time. AND that equates to huge appreciation for our 120 Million shares. IF they were to IPO it may produce a large number from the get go then grow significantly over time. Or it may open with low initial PPS and grow very fast from there. Either way Spooz's 120 million share will rapidly and for a long time add value to Spooz. The 7% will be great also but I am most pleased with the 120 million shares and look forward to how their value grows.

Hence the confusion. You are questioning does the 7% represent 7% of the shares in 141capital. It was clearly answered that the 7% was from profits due to trading and was completely independent of the 120 million received. Maybe you were thinking what percentage is 120 million of the total share count for 141 capital, but that wasn't clearly stated at all. Either way, its been cleared and we can move on.
