I find it strange that the "offer" remains the same at .55 even though significant dilution has taken place since then.

How many shares are outstanding? Are you saying that since May 16th they have been selling shares into the market?

Again, you back up nothing for your claims. Where is the dilution? Prove it. And dont tell us the stock divy is the dilution, because the stock divy was announced before the buyout offer, so the buyout company knew what the oustanding shares would be after the divy. Dont make claims of stock dilution unless you can back them up.

Dude, I was asst mod on this board for over a year and the O/S was only 114 million. Now it's over 300 million.

Of course they are selling.
