That's right, the race fans are the ones who first told me about Demattei's Who's Your Daddy. With Who's Your Daddy, he apparently rented a shell then ran, and in that case he encumbered the shell to, guess what, a NASCAR sponsorship that they didn't pay for. It ended up with an arbitration award of over $400k against the shell. Everyone knew this, they jumped on TSXT and took it to $1.

My bet, and I'm willing to wager, is that DeMattei never paid a dime for the shell and bought it on credit thinking it'd be his cash cow. When it wasn't, he didn't pay leaving us stuck.
All the investor relations stuff disappeared from the Rockford-Montgomery site.

If the shell was repossessed and never paid for, this new company thing might be good. We need to learn about the business and the share structure.

I am a race fan, and that is why I started having my doubts when someone would spend $10 mil on Mayfield. Nice guy, but I think his time has gone. And don't blame Toyota.
