Normally you can't just rescind, but let's say you buy a car and don't make the payments... it tends to be repossessed. See PDVP. I don't know, but the modus operandi is obtain and try to pay for later.
I'd like to hear about share structure. If there's no r/s coming or the r/s is very small, it could be good.
