Listen, I have been around the block with ECNC what, 2 or 3 times now. I'm sick of these PRs that he is going to get busted for. He INTENTIONLY misleads people in the PRs..plain and simple, and he's going to get his butt halted and shut down permananetly becasue of it. I'm taking my small $$ in it and moving on from the stock.
Yarter got paid 25,000 shares. I don't care if he got 2 billion shares or 2 shares. He was paid and it wasn't disclosed. He's probably on the boards and possibly out of a job with SUN. You don't stand up at a shareholdres meeting, say you are with SUn and make statements like he did AND not disclose that you are a PAID consultant. People beleived him to be there as a representative when really he was there as a shareholder. THAT is misleading. Sun denies any kind of relationship.
Jordan you sent me a message saying he got paid for consluting to line up deals with SUn...where are they? It is an INHERENT CONFLICT OF INTEREST.....
My thing with ECNC is this..IT'S A LIGHTINING ROD..folks, do you understand the fact that IF ecnc issues 1 .. one...single..false statement, that the lights are turned off for this company? that's it..one little screwup and it's over..that is what the order by court says...TOM HUGHES is totally incapable of this. With this yarter stuff, it furhter proves my point...I was betting short-term, Tom wouldn't screw up..I figured the stock might run to $5-10 short-term, but Tom shot himself again by this Yarter fiasco...
Play the game if you wish...but I don't play with fire.
In regards to me checking out ECNC...check me if you wish...I was done with COMDEX @ the LV convention center @ 1:30. It's a good 3 mile walk to the Sands from there. This fat boy aint walkin 3 miles to see ECNC. The next buses don't start till 3:00. The only buss was #7 and it took us back to the MGM grand where a few more exhibits were. And I had a meeting to be in @ 3:00 pm....So, read into that however you want, Dave.
Anyways.....I'm still hanging around, because you can't stop watching ECNC...but i'm not playing the stock..heck nah.
good luck either way you play...it's just not an investment for me anymore....

BTW, just so you guys know for future reference when reading SEC filings -- the companies always write up promotional deals (pumping stocks) as consultants...b/c they have to issue stock to 3rd party firms..which issue to the pumpers to talk up the stock...something I learned in Vegas.
