It's one thing to hire your friends and relatives to work with you in your company. It's another thing to have one become a transfer agent to handle the shares of the company. It does bother me. But I do not fault you for your opinions. Given that I am a shareholder, I hope everything works out for all of us. There are too many things that have me questioning that. If I could get a response to my emails, I might feel more comfortable, but neither the company or "tranfer agent" have responded.

Think about this Gail:

Has Jeff Bosaw been totally honest with us all? Okay, he pops out of nowhere, suddenly gets "engaged" as PAIM IR with no compensation, purely out of his belief in the company and its mission/vision, etc.

Why not ask Jeff, if he truly believes in PAIM, how come he's been selling millions of shares of PAIM in the market since June or July 2007? How could someone who's gone through recent bankruptcy afford to do that?

Was he really doing the IR job for free??? Or was there something else involved, something he or anyone else at PAIM doesn't want to mention?

And, the clincher. Okay, he went on his trip to the Philippines, all is dandy, all is hunky dory. He sends a bunch of pictures, of lotsa kids getting some gifts and candies. Great! Yes??

No. When he comes back from his trip, he suddenly resigns.

RED FLAG!!!
