Snow, you've got to be kidding. They LICENSED SWARM for 1.5 million up front and a sizable % of ownership of the trading company and a sizable % of the profit. This is a HUGH amount of money if SWARM works. I think it shows the faith and belief that Paul and the gang have in their product. If you think this is bad news, then sell and go to another stock.

Stop bashing. They didn't sell SWARM, they licensed it and from what we have read on this board, they only licensed it exclusively as to one section of the market. Furthermore, a license has a beginning and an end date. We don't even know how long this license lasts.

it's a huge deal. if SWARM produces the amazing results we believe it will produce, SPOOZ can renew the license for more money or not renew the exclusive license and thereafter market and sell SWARM to as many buyers as they like.

it's the first SWARM deal... and it gives them the chance to make the rest of the people that want to use it, salivate.

if you're short, then run for cover....

snow...if you want to be looked up to as a smart investor, and you own SPZI, you better get out now, before it totally collapses.

If you don't own SPOOZ, you better find another stock and not waste your time here. After all, what savvy investor wastes his time on a stock that issues "bad news".

Snow, not a give away, it is a license, for only part of the market for something they cannot use themselves. They will own part of the company with that limited license. Never been used by another company before so I am sure if successful, then more money will be made in other markets.
